All hires are for a minimum of one week during high season except by prior arrangement with Coast Touring Caravan Hire. (please see terms and conditions)

Hires for part weeks (subject to availability) charged pro-rata.

Please note that their will now be a charge of £10 gas supplement per hire for non electric pitch hires!

Coast Touring Caravan Hire accepts major Credit Cards/Debit Cards/Cheques and Cash payments. Coast Touring Caravan Hire has passed there PCI Compliance requirements for 2012.

To book your caravan hire please call to check availability, a £250 refundable deposit will be taken to confirm your booking this acts as your reservation deposit and your damage waiver whilst on hire, full payment is due 28 days prior to travel.

Coast Touring Caravan Hire has insurance for Uk and European Hire

European & Overseas Hires

For clients wishing to take vehicles outside of the UK then additional documentation and services are required.

Please note that these are the responsibility of the Hirer:
  • Green card proof of comprehensive European insurance for the towcar
  • European breakdown & recovery services for towcar and caravan **
We strongly recommend you consider obtaining Personal Travel Insurance to protect all members of your party and your belongings when travelling abroad.

The Hirer will also need to ensure that they take all items required by law in the countries they wish to visit. These requirements vary and we strongly recommend that you check the latest legislation. This information may be found at the AA website or RAC website amongst others but often includes items such as:
  • Green card proof of comprehensive European insurance for the towcar
  • Full driving licence
  • Original towcar registration document or certificate
  • Rear GB sticker (caravan GB sticker provided by Tilshead Caravans)
  • Beam deflectors
  • One or two hazard warning triangle(s)
  • Spare bulb kit (supplied by coast touring caravan hire)
  • First aid kit
